Wanted -- Peterhead -- Flat Long Term in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire for sale

Looking for a flat in Peterhead or very close to, I am looking for something long term. The rent must be CHEAP (can't highlight that enough) as although I am in full time employment and a uni graduate my wage is not great. I do not want to share a flat as I like my privacy and I am a very quiet individual, I have no pets apart from a small fish tank. I do not smoke. I rarely drink. Have a motorbike, somewhere to park even in front of a flat on a roadside would be nice. I don't mind having to decorate as I have been brought up with my parents renovating houses all my life. Not looking for somewhere furnished but a washing machine / fridge freezer / dryer would be a bonus but not essential. 1 Bedroom is fine but I would prefer some sort of space for a study / office area as I spend alot of time working on a computer and would prefer a seperate room for this.
